Base price begins at $250 for 50-1,000 square feet and increases by $0.10 per square foot

Service begins at $60 1 bed/1 bath under 1,000 sf

Prices for deep cleans are based on an hourly rate per cleaner, due to the varying nature of first time or deep cleaning. Cleaning tasks are tailored according to the requirements and requests of each client.

Rates are as follows: $40 (no pets), $45 (pets)

Exterior glass door cleaning may be added on at a rate of $10 per door.

Example: 1 cleaner takes 7 hours to finish a cleaning, total price is $280.

2 cleaners take 3 hours to finish a cleaning, total price is $240.

Pet Fee: $10+

*rate is based on breed, number of animals, and damage pets may incur

Additional Square Footage Fee: $2 per 10 square feet

*applies to VIP Standard and appointments with set cleaning rates

Tidying Fee: $40 per hour

*if the home/business is left in a state that leaves us unable to effectively clean, we will tidy the mess to the best of our ability.

Cancellation Fee: $50 *appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will be charged, or lose any deposit that has been paid.

We love animals, and understand that your pets are part of your family. However, it does create additional work for our crew. Animal hair and fur takes extra time to vacuum, sweep, and wipe up. It requires additional cleaning of our tools to ensure we are not taking pet hair to other homes, especially our clients with allergies. In addition, vacuuming pet hair often requires special tools, along with extra wear and tear on our equipment. For pets that are not housebroken, additional fees may apply for cleaning up "messes".
